I did my Staff Instructor course with Elisha at Requiem IDC this November. I highly recommend her. The course was structured and very enjoyable. Elisha made learning fun and informative, making sure that we all understood everything, and the guys doing the IDC were ready for the Instructor’s Exam. Definitely recommend Requiem IDC to all budding Instructors!!!

Where do I start? I completed my PADI IDC (Instructor Development Course) with Elishia a week ago and I enjoyed every second of it with the team!

The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff involved was amazing and my gosh what a fabulous team, I felt right at home and truthfully never wanted it to end.
I really felt that Elishia cared so much and was so supportive, knowledgeable and patient, ready to answer any questions I had from before I even flew out to Spain right up to my graduation (and still even now that I’ve passed!)
The organisation of the course was fantastic, even when we got hit with some unexpected weather conditions, Elishia adapted the course so that we did more classroom work and exam prep til the sea settled.
The facilities at Scuba Tours Centre are everything you would expect from a top class dive centre and more, with various dive sites to explore!
Also huge appreciation to Elishia for basically being our personal taxi service, from sorting me out with a place to stay to driving us to the centre and various sites each day.

If you’re considering taking your IDC with Requiem Pro IDC, don’t hesitate! You will not only be prepared for the IE but also leave as a confident, knowledgeable instructor. I am very grateful for everyone’s dedication and guidance, and will definitely consider returning for my Staff Instructor Qualification in the future! 🌊🤿👌

My Son spent several weeks doing his Divemaster course through the Summer. Such a professional & knowledgeable company, he literally enjoyed every minute there & learnt so much. He enjoyed being there so much that he's currently just completed his IDC EFRI & he's doing Instructor speciality courses this week followed by his IE. My IDC course with Elishia was everything I needed. I came as an undertrained PADI Dive Master and she took the time to catch me up on everything I should have known while also providing me with all of the training and confidence that I needed to pass my IE and become a competent instructor. Elishia took my training very seriously and kept us on schedule, even though we had a tight training window. She was very encouraging but also honest about where I needed to improve my skills. She was flexible enough to take some extra training time in areas that were needed so that I felt caught up and ready for my IE. She often repeated that the IDC course is difficult so that the IE would be easy in comparison and that was indeed my experience. Elishia knows the PADI system in and out and is fully able to meet each student where they are at and prepare them for a successful IE. She is also a great communicator and an excellent human being. I would recommend her IDC course to anyone who wants to be assured of a thorough training program and a successful IE.

Where to begin? First for context…I am an educator with over two decades of teaching and educational leadership experience. I started my Divemaster with Elishia in July 2023 all the way thru to the Instructor Examination Nov 2023.

The Instructor Development Course (IDC), run by Elishia thru Requiem Pro IDC in partnership with Scuba Tours, is of the highest quality. A memorable, fun, and truly top shelf experience in every way.

During the IDC we have access to the hotel pool for confined dives and practice while only being 100m walk to the beach and sea for the open water dives. Elishia’s attention to detail is impeccable and her ability to map out each candidates developmental map is of the highest level. This experience is truly about positive development. When you make a mistake she lets you know but in a manner that is supportive and not crushing. If you’re struggling with something, she finds time to work with you to make sure that you continue growing and learning all while fitting in the requirements put on her by PADI.

Elishia also has an uncanny ability to create a culture of “team” at what is very much an individual pursuit in a short amount of time. While the IDC days are long and sometimes frustrating, there is a culture of togetherness amongst the candidates that only helps each of us to keep moving forward and reach our full potential. This is invaluable! On top of all of this…at the end of the IDC, she doesn’t just wave “goodbye” and “good luck” on our way to the Instructor Examination (IE). Like any great coach/leader, she comes and lives the experience with us. We all do it together. This year all 6 of her IDC graduates passed their IE and she was with us every step of the way. Enough said.

Elishia…I am forever grateful and wish you continued success into the future. ❤️

I just completed my stuff instructor course with Elisha and I can’t ' recommend her enough. I completed my junior open water course almost 13 years ago now with Elisha at scuba tours. Her professionalism, knowledge and kindness stayed with me, so much so, I returned later in life to do all my PADI courses with her. I trust her completely and over the years she has become family (my scuba mama). I highly recommend doing the staff instructor course, it’s extremely interesting and helps solidify all knolledge from previous courses. Participating with the IDC was incredible and taught me a lot about communication, patience and gave me more confidence in my teaching abilities. Overall Elisha is fantastic
and no words I come up with will ever justify how truly amazing her work ethic and passion is.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and her capacity to keep up with a hundred different things at once and still make it all look easy is unbelievable. Elishia our Course Director is as passionate as she is skilled. During the IDC she worked tirelessly to get us well prepared for the Instructor Examination(IE). Incredibly patient and strict to ensure we mastered both theory and practical skills. The workshops were educational and really helped me with my favourite section the practical assessments. Throughout Elishia made learning fun and challenging. I will definitely come back to Requiem Pro for my staff instructor course in 2022.
