I am a language teacher myself (English as a foreign language), so I know what it's like to teach students of all levels. I love my Spanish lessons as they are well thought out and they teach Spanish as spoken by the natives, not the way textbooks want you to speak. All lessons are designed by Warren himself and often tailored individually to each student. He explains topics like grammar that are usually very dry in an understandable way that makes sense really fast. Give it a go! You'll learn and have fun at the same time.

I have been managing a few Spanglish restaurant expressions for years but decided last year to take the plunge and book regular lessons and found Warren.

Warren is based in Parcent which is a mile or so away from my second home in alcalali. This means I can go to lessons in person when I’m in Spain but can continue on line when in uk which enables me to maintain momentum with my learning.

Warrens style of teaching is, I think, quite unique, he takes you through everyday expressions explaining grammatical concepts as and when they are encountered, rather than learning in a modules syllabus format, for me that takes you to a place where you can learn real life Spanish quite quickly.

Warren is a stickler for pronunciation and also concentrates on teaching what the Spanish actually say and how they express themselves rather than direct textbook translation.

My Spanish has come on leaps and bounds in the 10 months I’ve been learning with him and I would recommend him without hesitation

At last somebody who says it as it is, how the Spanish say it and expect to hear it.
Yes we cover grammar and vocabulary, but the pronunciation, which is often glossed over by other teachers is equally important, perhaps more so.
Warren continually emphasises the importance of correct pronunciation.

In my 9 years of playing at learning Spanish, he is definitely one of my better teachers.

Warren tailors the learning relevant to you and what you want to achieve, making lessons relevant to your own experiences, using words and scenarios you can relate to to help you understand the context of things easier. He also uses words and phrases that the local people would use, rather than the usual text book style. The lessons are friendly and he is always open to questions about how to engage in certain situations, rather than having to stick rigidly to a syllabus. Always thinking of ways to make the lessons specific to you.

I have just started studying Spanish with Warren in Parcent. He is fabulous and he is an absolute delight to learn with. Learning another language can be frustrating at times, but Warren is incredibly patient and motivates through positive encouragement. He sends me lots of different reading material, podcast’s and sends me reminders via message with the words I’m struggling with. I love that he uses a lot of different teaching tools so that I can practice all aspects of the language, listening, reading and speaking. I would highly recommend him.
