I was loving the school at first and made amazing grade and even made the dean list and I appreciate everyone there but the financial aid team, I’ve been trying to get my school paid for since march when I first started and I always did my end and provided required documentation and let them know if I didn’t have access to any document. This was my second time enrolling because the first time I was dealing with a tough time in life, still is but it got better and I wanted to finish the rest of my years here and get my bachelor but they withdraw me and it was there fault.

From admissions to financial aid, the faculty at Colorado Tech University Online are the most flexible, energetic, and encouraging people in education. Nothing is ever perfect at first but at forty three years old I feel more accomplished than I ever have and they helped me get there.

The worse nursing graduate coordinator who tries to mess up your completion of the practicum at every turn. She dropped the balls so many times and they are being escalated to the dean of the MSN school but she continues to drop the ball, not holding herself accountable for the work that has to be done. This coordinator likes to pass the buck to you, answer your emails late and using robot to answer your emails so you will not get your answers at all from her, very unprofessional. Even if you submitted all the requirements early, she will not communicate to you to update you and will purposefully cause you to get delayed to get back at you. I have to email her several times early on before the deadline and also submitted all the requirements few months before the start of the class and she still manage to get me delayed for this clinical. She does not make effort to help to get clearance for the class. I also have to do her job for her, in order for my clinical to get approved. In the end she took a vacation on the same days that the class is starting even if I was not cleared yet to start clinical , so that she really washed her hands off of her job and had other people take care of her job for her, So that the dean and me, the student, are all struggling to get the clearance for the clinical site on the day of the class starting. She did this twice to me now for these two clinical courses and she still has her job and probably doesn't get any repercussions for her unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. You will surely get a big headache, empty wallet and very poor service from this program . The teachers, the student success coordinator and the dean are great but this person is pulling their performance down and the school as well. Beware signing up for this school. School is stressful enough and if they keep trying to mess up their side of the bargain too, and not do their job well, this is all going to be big headache and a big waste of your time. Your spending this big money to pay them and you have to do their job for them too.

Very bad support from nursing graduate coordinator who seemed to want to pass the buck to students in finding preceptor and washing her hands off of the actual tasks. Very rigid coordinator , wants eveything done for her on a silver platter otherwise she reacts by delaying your classes. Wants you to do more work unnecessarily to make her life easier and the students life much harder. This is despite the fact that students are working professionals too which the graduate coordinator is aware for.

The only bad experience is graduate coordinator not wanting to do her job right . You will have white hair just dealing with this coordinator and also trying to find a preceptor because although the handbook said it’s ultimately the responsibility of the school to find preceptor, good luck getting this through this coordinator who think the opposite that it is the sole responsibility of student to find preceptor even if preceptors or agencies not entertaining emails from students and all wants communication directly from school which she refused to do for the students unless you compete the table or other unnecessary tasks she wants you to compete and if you have no time because you’re working student, she delays your classes as she has the upper hand and uses it unprofessionally . She makes you feel that you work for her and must do extra effort to make her job easier or else you’ll be punish by delays. Beware of this school. You might want to go elsewhere where the coordinator are helpful and knows how to do their job conscientiously. You don’t need this headache while working and studying at the same time. I do appreciate all the other part of CTU. Wish they have a better coordinator with strong work ethics who care for the students as a person. Coordinator point fingers without looking at herself and the kind of service she is providing at such a intense stressful process.

I’ve been at CTU for a few months now and so far I love it. I truly feel like everyone sets you up for success. Everyone is super kind. The classes are easy to understand and I’m motivated about finishing my degree. My advisor, student success coach, professors, and financial aide have all been wonderful.

Have to change review upon talking to financial aide mgr and advising of my situation school made the situation right which further more makes me feel comfortable with relationship with school great school go above to help students

I have blocked them on 5 separate phone numbers. They call me every single day. I have not answered the phone one time. They’ve been calling for weeks. Don’t put your information in their website.

I have enjoyed my time here. I’ve learned a lot. The program I am apart of really helps with my schooling. My student success coaches are really great everyone that I’ve ever had. My current one Lenore is the best so far very supportive and helpful. Financial aid however is not good. I have dealt with very very poor support and response times from them. They do not complete tasks in a timely manner. I expect to have more issues coming into the new year because it seems they are always behind or late putting in my information. Eventually things get done because my success coach is incredible about the follow up. To be honest it’s just very frustrating. Sometimes I wonder why bother doing anything if they will still NOT do their part. Ive considered dropping out SOLEY because of this department.Still My student success coaches seems to be on top of them so I do appreciate that if Lenore worked in the department everything would be 10x better in my opinion.

I have been sitting here reading all the reviews and have noticed many negative reviews. It's very unfortunate for those of you whom have not had the proper chance to see what CTU has to offer. I have attended CTU since January 17, 2023, since my enrollment I have had the ability to complete my associate degree in accounting within 7 months thanks to CTUs' FastTrack program. I graduated August 28,2023, a few weeks prior to my graduation I reached out to my success coach who helped me set up my enrollment for my bachelor's degree in accounting. I have also taken and passed the FastTrack exams and have once again shortened my time needed in school, which has also proven to save me money. A few days ago, I became eligible to substitute 2 bachelor courses for 2 master's courses which will give me credit for both my bachelor's degree and my master's degree.
I have to say I never thought I'd get the chance to obtain my master's degree in anything, yet alone how fast I have been able to accomplish this. I greatly appreciate CTU, and I am proud to say that I am a CTU Alumni.
